White Negroni

White Negroni

Drink these and pretend like you live in one of those homes with so much wood and so much white and so much minimalism (which is perhaps an oxymoron). It’s such a posh little drink, yet doesn’t seem quite as pretentious as anything served in a martini glass. It’s delicate and boozy, always a fun combination.

White Negroni

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 oz Lillet
2 oz gin
2 oz Luxardo Bianco
3 drops rhubarb bitters (optional)
Large ice cubes, to serve (optional)
1 orange (though something like a blood orange would be even more fun)

Directions:

Fill a large glass (or cup of a shaker) with regular ice cubes and pour in Lillet, gin, Luxardo, and bitters (if using). Stir for 30 seconds, until very cold. Strain the drink into 2 rocks glasses, each with a large ice cube in it. Slice the orange in half both ways and slice 2 half-wheels. Place 1 orange slice in each drink. You are SO hip.
